We Took The Risk is a collection of insights drawn from women who have navigated risks and can authoritatively demonstrate the value and importance of risk-taking.
Its purpose is to supply evidence that can aid conversations and call for the need to emphasize building risk-taking competencies among women.
It is also intended to help shift the narrative of risk-taking from focusing on potential pain and loss to potential benefit, & from being the work of guessing to making smart, thoughtful choices.
