The practice of leadership is largely influenced and guided by the prevailing policy environment, and how such policies are interpreted and implemented. Chief among our goals is to positively contribute to the policy and strategy framework and the overall practice of leadership in our jurisdiction.
Through the strategic dialogues organized around emerging leadership issues both from the documented experiences of Women Leaders in the SheLeads Book Project and other forums, we enlist the expertise of Leadership Policy Experts and Thought Leaders from the pool of partners we work with to help articulate and give practical guidance as a way of informing and enriching the critical policy frameworks around Women Leadership.
